Focused Programs and Behaviour Intensives

Focused help for the real constraints in leadership, decisions, and team flow.

If you’re looking for the full operating system, go to the Stop Competing™ System.

If you need a clear read on your team’s strengths, gaps, and decision habits, you’re in the right place.

What are Focused Programs?

The Stop Competing™ System is built around three levers, but not every organization needs all three at once. Sometimes the gap is specific. A leadership team that needs to align. A team dynamic that's creating friction. A strategic direction that isn't translating into how people work day to day.

Focused Programs are the targeted components we use within the Stop Competing™ System, applied as standalone engagements when you have a clear, specific need rather than a full operating system overhaul. Same behaviour-first approach, same tools, same depth, just scoped to where the work is needed most.

They sit across three areas:

  • Leadership Development — building the clarity, consistency, and accountability that makes leadership effective under pressure
  • Team Development — strengthening the dynamics, trust, and communication that determine how well people work together
  • Organizational Strategy — aligning priorities, decisions, and direction so the organization moves as one

If you already know where the friction is, a Focused Program is where to start.

We design behaviour-first programs that reduce friction, strengthen leadership, and help teams work with more clarity and less drag.

But if you're not sure which lever will actually move your organization forward, schedule a call and Jeremy will help you out.

When the Team Feels Off But Nobody Can Name It

When a team is struggling, people feel it long before anyone names it. Tension in meetings. Avoided conversations. Decisions that should take a day stretching into weeks. Good people working hard, but not together.

These interventions are designed for those moments, the ones where you can sense something’s off, but you can’t quite see the shape of it yet.

Precision Tools, Used with Care

We don’t drop Everything DiSC™ or Five Behaviors™ into your organization as “training.” We use them as precision tools to shift the behaviours that are creating friction, hesitation, or burnout.

Everything DiSC™

Helps people understand why they communicate the way they do and why others don’t. It softens defensiveness, builds trust, and gives teams a shared language for navigating conflict and collaboration without taking things personally.

Five Behaviors™

Transforms how teams show up for each other. Trust becomes easier. Conflict becomes productive. Commitment becomes shared. Accountability becomes natural. Results stop feeling like a grind and start feeling like momentum.

Evolutionary Agilist™ Workshops

When the constraints run deeper, leadership habits, collaboration patterns, or execution flow, we integrate these tools into a behaviour‑first, framework‑agnostic approach.

These workshops are built around your team’s lived reality:

  • Full‑day or shorter sessions
  • Designed to shift the behaviours that matter
  • Tailored to your team’s emotional and operational constraints
  • Supported by insights from the Evolutionary Agilist™ Index

Ready to shift what your team feels every day?

Schedule a call to shape these interventions to your team’s real constraints, and help them work with more trust, clarity, and follow‑through.

This isn’t “training.” It’s the moment a team finally exhales and starts moving together again.

Evolving Training & Coaching

Most training programs teach people what to do differently. Few change the conditions that make doing it differently possible.

Ours do both.

We build training and coaching around the behaviours that actually determine how your team performs, how people make decisions under pressure, how trust gets built or eroded, how accountability shows up when no one's watching. Not theory. Not a binder full of frameworks. The real stuff that determines whether Monday morning looks different than it did the week before.

Training That Meets People Where They Really Are

When pressure rises, people fall back on habits. Some of those habits help. Most of the ones that create friction have been there so long nobody notices them anymore.

We help teams see those habits clearly, shift the ones that are slowing things down and strengthen the ones that drive trust, clarity, and follow-through. Using Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors™ as precision interventions, not generic training, so people leave with real self-awareness and a shared language for working through the hard moments, not just a worksheet they'll forget by Thursday.

Where Behaviour Meets the Work

We start with the why, the ethos behind how people lead, decide, and collaborate,  then connect it to how work actually flows day to day.

That means helping teams see the habits and patterns that are driving results or quietly blocking them. How decisions get made. How trust gets built or eroded. How conflict shows up and whether it gets resolved or avoided. How accountability actually works when the pressure is real.

When that awareness takes hold, teams feel it. Work moves with less friction. Leaders feel more grounded. Progress becomes visible instead of just busy.

No dogma, no frameworks forced on top of your reality. Just the behaviours that actually matter, built to show up on a Tuesday afternoon, not just in a workshop room.

We work with teams across every industry, not just software. And for individuals who want to grow outside of a full team engagement, we offer open workshops for personal development, networking, and skill-building.

Not Sure Where to Start?

If you know something needs to change but you're not sure which program fits, that's exactly what the first conversation is for. We'll look at what's actually creating the friction and point you toward the intervention that addresses it, whether that's a Focused Program, the full Stop Competing™ System, or something in between.

No pressure, no pitch. Just clarity.
