Know a leader who’s stuck in “busy, but nothing moves”?
Help them get unstuck, and we’ll say thank you.
Most teams don’t need more hustle. They need a better execution environment: clear priorities, faster decisions, and follow-through that actually sticks.
If you know a leader who’s dealing with any of that, we’d love an introduction.
Join the Berriault & Associates Referral Circle
The Referral Circle is for people who trust our work and want to help good leaders find the right support, without awkward selling, spammy pitches, or “gotcha” referral tactics.
You make the intro. We take it from there (with respect).
How the Referral Circle Works
You spot the pattern
A leader mentions priorities are a mess, decisions are slow, or improvements keep fading.
You make a simple intro
Email, LinkedIn message, or a quick “You two should talk.”
We run a low-pressure first conversation
If it’s a fit, we’ll recommend the right next step, often Start Here (Org Index + Roadmap).
We say thank you
When your referral becomes a paying client, you receive a flat thank-you.
Who to Refer (and who not to)
Great fits to refer:
Owners, executives, and functional leaders in growing orgs (often SMB/mid-market)
Leaders who are problem-aware and open to change
Teams that are busy, stressed, and stuck in reactive work
Not a fit (usually):
Anyone looking for a “quick agile rollout”
Teams that want a framework installed without behaviour change
Situations where leadership isn’t willing to participate
Why Join?
Because you get to help someone you respect without putting your reputation on the line.
You look helpful (not salesy)
They get clarity fast (what’s actually in the way + what to do next)
We protect relationships (no pressure, no weird follow-ups)
You get a thank-you when it turns into real work
The Thank-You
When your referral turns into a paying client, we’ll send you a flat thank-you after their first invoice is paid:
$500 for engagements under $20,000
$1,000 for engagements $20,000–$49,999
$2,000 for engagements $50,000+
Prefer something else? We can also:
Donate the thank-you amount to a charity you choose, or
Apply it as a credit toward a future workshop or assessment for your organization

Hi [Jeremy] and [Name],
Thought you two should connect. [Name] is dealing with [priorities fighting / decisions dragging / follow-through fading] and I think your Stop Competing™ approach would be a good fit.
I’ll let you take it from here.
