Who Should Enter?
- Canadian teams (business, non-profit, or public sector) Between 5 and 12 members who work together regularly.
- Nominations must come from a team lead, manager, director, or someone with authority to approve or recommend team training.
- If you’re not in a decision-making role, you can still nominate your team, as long as your manager or decision maker is aware and supports your entry (we’ll ask for their contact info to confirm).
- Perfect for teams who are ready to grow, learn, and celebrate their impact together!
