To keep scheduling simple, coaching sessions will be offered in two blocks the week after the workshop:
- Tue, March 31 — 9:00 AM–12:00 PM ET
- Thu, April 2 — 1:00 PM–4:00 PM ET

This workshop depends on having your results in time. If you miss the deadline, your seat may be forfeited or moved to a future session (at our discretion).

Refunds, transfers, and cancellations
- If you can’t attend, you must notify Berriault & Associates Consulting Group Ltd. by Thu, March 19 at 9:00 PM ET (five business days before the workshop) to be eligible for a refund or transfer.
- You may choose one of the following (when eligible):
- Transfer your seat to a future session/event (subject to availability), or
- Refund back to the original payment method
- Assessment-related deductions: If your Everything DiSC™ Agile EQ™ assessment has been started and/or completed, deductions may apply to cover administration and assessment costs.
- No-shows: If you do not attend and you did not provide notice by the deadline above, no refund will be issued (extenuating circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis).
- Berriault & Associates Consulting Group Ltd. does not cover travel or related expenses unless explicitly stated.
Requests received after the deadline will be treated as a no-show unless extenuating circumstances apply.
