Purpose:
This policy serves to provide clear guidelines and procedures regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns related to events organized by Berriault and Associates Consulting Group Ltd.
Objective:
The aim is to ensure consistent handling of event cancellations, refund requests, and manual returns across all operations of Berriault and Associates Consulting Group Ltd.
Scope:
This policy applies to all individuals participating in events, classes and coaching sessions conducted by Berriault and Associates Consulting Group Ltd.
Amendments:
Modifications to this policy may be enacted as necessary by the Senior Partner.
Responsibilities and Enforcement:
Berriault and Associates Consulting Group Ltd. does not cover travel or other related expenses for participants unless explicitly stated otherwise. Responsibilities for notifying participants of cancellations and administering refunds are distributed as follows:
Participants are responsible for notifying Berriault and Associates Consulting Group Ltd. of their cancellation.
The hosting partner notifies registered participants, the instructor, and Berriault and Associates Consulting Group Ltd. of event cancellations.
Hosting partners are responsible for their own refund and cancellation policies.
Instructors are to inform the hosting partner and Berriault and Associates Consulting Group Ltd. if they cannot facilitate an event.
General Policy Guidelines:
For Berriault and Associates Consulting Group Ltd. events:
If sufficient enrollment is achieved, Berriault and Associates Consulting Group Ltd. notifies all parties of cancellation.
Participants failing to acknowledge cancellation and travelling to the workshop do so at their own expense.
Notification of inability to attend an event must be provided to Berriault and Associates Consulting Group Ltd. five (5) business days before the event.
Options for participants include a transfer to another event or a refund.
Deductions apply if assessments have started or completed.
No notification results in no refund, with exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis.
Coaching Sessions:
Cancellation notice within five (5) business days prior incurs a smaller administration fee.
No refund is provided for no-shows, with exceptions considered.
Host Partner Events:
For events organized by partners, refer to their specific refund and cancellation policies. Berriault and Associates Consulting Group Ltd. does not cover expenses incurred if a partner cancels an event.
Special Events:
Refund and cancellation policies for special events are communicated separately for each event and displayed during registration. Berriault and Associates Consulting Group Ltd. reviews refunds for extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
